District 7 Skills USA Competition Place Winner

Students from the Bedford County Technical Center took part in the District 7 SkillsUSA Competition at the Blair County Convention Center on Wednesday, January 19.

The BCTC had 15 place winners in the competition including two that took first place and advanced to the state competition later this school year.

The District 7 place winner from Tussey Mountain was:

  • Josh Raycroft, First in Building Maintenance

The Pennsylvania SkillsUSA State Competition will be held in Hershey on April 6-8.

SkillsUSA is a United States career and technical student organization serving more than 395,000 high school, college and middle school students and professional members enrolled in training programs in trade, technical and skilled service occupations, including health occupations.
