3-YEAR OLD REGISTRATION

To be eligible for the program, students must be THREE (3) years old on or before September 1st.

PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION

To be eligible, a student must be FOUR (4) years old on or before September 1st. Please call the Saxton-Liberty Elementary School at 635-2934 to schedule an appointment.   You will need to bring the child and the following items with you to registration: the child’s birth certificate, social security card/number, immunization record, all important health information, and if applicable, custody documentation.

TMSD PRESCHOOL AND HEAD START PARTNERSHIP – Bring last year’s income tax or current pay stubs to preschool registration.   For income eligible children, Head Start provides individual classroom attention and special services if needed.   Also, Head Start provides monthly in-home visits, which assist with kindergarten readiness and health and well being of the child and family.   Bi-monthly parent meetings are also provided.

When you call for a registration date, please indicate if you are interested in co-enrolling your child in both the district’s preschool program and the county head start program.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

To be eligible for kindergarten, students must be FIVE (5) years old on or before September 1st. You will need to bring the following items with you to registration: the child’s birth certificate, social security card/number, immunization record, all important health information, and if applicable, custody documentation.   You do not need to bring the child to the registration.   Please call the Saxton-Liberty Elementary School at 635-2934 to schedule an appointment.  

If you are interested in applying for the district’s free or reduced meal program, please bring in a copy of your income taxes or most recent pay stub.
